In 1998, after more than twenty years in the corporate world as a successful consultant, Aprille Janes made the decision to create a business that more closely reflected her passions, purpose and values.

Those dreams included becoming a published writer, a solo trip to the Yukon and, most important of all, working with women who are embarking on their own journeys of discovery. Aprille is now a certified life coach, supporting women 45+ in developing their own potential, both in their personal and professional lives.

With a unique approach and her own brand of joy, her passion is to help women define and create their future on their own terms and re-claim their Bolder Chick. They gain the confidence and skills needed to bring breathe life into their dreams again.

	Your impact on me was immense. I was able to lose luggage that has been impeding my progress for many years, and on many levels. I was able to come out from behind my wall (I’ve since discovered that hiding behind it not only ‘kept out pain, but also managed to keep out joy’), because I felt safe to do so. You are able to ‘tune’ into those around you, almost immediately: to read people, scan their faces, read their body language, and then go deeper. Aprille received her coaching and leadership development training from the Coaches Training Institute, one of the largest accredited coach training institutions in the world. Aprille is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation.
